My tech contact Ulrik was very good at keeping me informed about the process. My only issue was with the number of days required to get access to the server for my unlocking. The actual process only took about 10 minutes. I would encourage UnlockBase to resolve this server access issue for future customers as they may not be as patient as I was. At first I was a little skeptical about whether they would be able to unlock it. I had had a bad experience with another service.
