I have an apple iphone 15 plus that I purchased as unlocked. However when I received it from flex pay, Best Buy had placed a carrier lock on the Apple iPhone for one of their vendors. I had surpassed the 90-day return policy so the carrier wanted To charge me $250 to purchase out of a contract that I had never signed to unlock my phone. I contacted base with the IMEI and they had it unlocked in an hour.
